So the good news is that all centres are overwhelmed right now with donations, and volunteers. The bad news is that the situations are pretty drastic still, and likely going to need support for the next while. Best thing to do is to hold off until tomorrow or the next day with donations, and volunteering. These communities are going to need ongoing donations, funds, and love/support for the next while to come. Urgent needs seem to be okay.

From what I can tell they were the hardest hit with 200 homes lost, and still struggling to rescue people and lots of livestock. Can use boats starting now, and generally men to help rescue. Call emerg line 403 734 3999Siksika Evac centre is located at the Deerfoot Sportsplex – 403 734 5315 They are accepting volunteers and donations ongoing. But just not anymore today.
