Volunteer satellite station at 1809 Riverside Drive NW desperately needs people to help clean out homes. This is very heavy labour and will require being in potentially toxic environments, shovelling mud, moving furniture and other items and debris and demolition work.
As soon as you sign up you are confirmed. Do not wait in line to register at the Rodeo Grounds if you take the buses – call us as soon as you arrive and we will pick you up and bring you to the station.
Please bring water, food, appropriate clothing for cleanup, boots, gloves, eye protection, masks. If you have any tools that would be helpful please bring them. We are usually working only with whatever the homeowner might have.
