We are looking for 30 people to clear debris at Riverbend Campground in Okotoks. The work is mainly clearing debris (trees, freezers, sheds). We also need 4 – 5 people with trucks or trailers that can take debris to the Okotoks dump and someone with a Bobcat. The owners are trying to clear damaged spots so displaced High River residents can move in.
Where: Riverbend Campground - 20 kms East of the 370 Ave & 48 St. East intersection, 1 km East of Okotoks between Okotoks and Hwy #2
When: July 1, 10:00am,
Bring: Work gloves and sturdy footwear needed. Jeans and bug spray highly recommended. If you have a chainsaw please bring it.
Please bring your own water and snacks.
